Dear Parents,
Miss Nelson, the School Administrator has called a "snow day" for today. The Center will be closed for all programs. As I mentioned tuition will be adjusted and the school will re-open Thursday, February 11th, unless further winter weather continues.
Please ENJOY your day with your child. Don't forget that we too, as children LOVED to play in the snow. This is another GREAT way to share in God's love with your little one/s today. Maybe build a snow fort, a tunnel, snowman, take your sleds to the nearest hill, or even bring snow in the house in a pan, tray, or bowl. You can make a snowcone and let your child play and experience God's white cold creation. How awesome that He gave us this to experience. I truly enjoyed last night at the Center, when I was out shoveling and I saw children leave with their parents. The automatic smiles, gleams, mouths open, tongues coming out to catch the snow, and even taking the long way across the grass to walk to the car as they left. I am grateful that you share your children with us, here at Macomb Christian Schools Early Education Center. I thank God for you, your children, and our teachers.
We'll see you tomorrow, don't forget the snowpants, boots, hats, scarves, and gloves! If it's above 20 degrees, we'll be heading outside to enjoy it together, too.
